Supplying Agricultural Lime for Sale

All of our agricultural lime for sale is sourced from locations around our trading area so that we can obtain the right lime for your farm. All neutralising values (NV) are checked regularly to ensure continuity of the product.  We aim to use a variety of local hauliers which over the years we have created a good working relationship with. With their knowledge of their local area it helps us to deliver the lime to the correct location in an efficient time frame. We are more than happy to supply and spread your lime but if you wish just have the lime supplied or just spread, please do not hesitate to ask we will work to suit your requirements!

Agricultural Lime Spreading – “Do you have valid soil testing results?”

We are able to spread lime according to these test results whether it be blanket cover of the whole area or variable rate spreading as part of our spreading services. Our prices include the delivery of lime and spreading, unless otherwise instructed. To compliment our range of agricultural lime for sale, we have a variety of trailed and self-propelled spreaders in strategic places throughout our main trading areas. This means that you are never far away from an S&S spreader.  Our drivers are all experienced drivers and capable of reading a pH map and a number of machines have full variable rate spreading capacity with GPS, which can pin point exactly in the field where lime is needed. All tractors and spreaders have low ground pressure tyres and spread width of lime 12 metres.

GPS Agricultural Lime Spreading

We have spreaders that are fitted with the GPS equipment that are capable of reading a spread program that we have created with our GPS testing service. We are also able to use spread programs which you as a customer may have had commissioned elsewhere, and if this is the case with your permission we usually contact the supplier and request the program in a format that is suitable for our machines, this means we turn up on site with the spread program and are ready to go!
